Entrecard Schmantrecard

Would someone PLEASE explain to me what the HECK is going on with Entrecard??! Before I can reject all the paid ads (which I always do) they still creep onto my little blog. WHAT THE??! Any suggestions to stopping this? It's totally peeving me off..
