My Tuesday Toot is for not completely losing my mind when I got yet more news today that things aren't going our way (case wise). Nantie and I discussed and firmly believe we need to start preparing our hearts (and souls) for their departure. Both our gut feelings are they will be returned home.
DH, on the other hand, says he'll believe it when he sees it.
I'm praying hard for peace and have remained pretty darn calm (for me, anyway). I gotta admit I'm not as tough as I would like to be and yes, the tears have come.
I just can't help it.

I am sending you tons and tons of prayers. God knows how this should all go and you have the strength and courage to handle whatever comes your way!
I couldn't even imagine. Sending peace and courage your way. Hang in there and keep doing what you're doing. No matter what, you are making a difference in the lives of two little kids. Even if it's only for a short time.
It's almost unbearable to think about.
I, too, am sending thoughts to you all for the best possible outcome.
I am hoping and praying for the best outcome for those two darlings. However, believe me, I'm sure you have all made a huge impact on their lives in the short time you have had them. They will remember you always for the love, stable home, and guidance you have shown them. If they do leave,(praying that they ARE already home) there's always the chance they will make it back into your arms.
I'm so sorry to hear that. I think that you guys are wonderful for them. Preparing your hearts is all you can do.
Just found your blog. Our 3 are adopted... I'll be back to figure out who the people are here and find out how this goes.
Melissa -- you have been wonderful to J & J. Your time with them has been a gift for each of you.
