We got word they are going to transition Little Miss Sunshine and Mannie home next week. Although a little uneasy about how things will go down, all of us are rooting for BirthMom and will do what we can to assist. From day one we have been jotting down Sunshine's schedule (eating, napping, etc) and I'm going to email that info to our worker to pass along to her. In the past that was a big issue for her and we hope it will help.
Please keep their BirthMom in your prayers for strength, peace and guidance for good decision making. All three deserve their happily ever after together.

You guys are the BEST! That is very sweet of you to help bring Mom up to speed on schedules! You all are surely earning your wings!
God bless you in your endeavors. I worked in a group home for girls in foster care. It was the most difficult and rewarding (job, but I can't call it that) of my life. When they leave it's the most stressful, heartbreaking, and emotional time. I will say a prayer tonight for the little children who will be uprooted once again and the mama who needs to be strong and together.
We couldn't deal with the thought of one transition, let alone two in such a short period of time....God Bless You!

You are truly angels. I have no idea how you do it. I wold never be able to give them up after (I'm sure) falling in love. God bless you that you are able to provide a comfortable, loving environment for some many children.
I'm thinking and praying for ALL of you during this transition.
