For all of you who followed our journey, thank you for all your kind words and prayers along the way. For you that may have missed it, you can find the saga in the "Best Of Full Circle".
It was a heck of a ride..
I'm trying to focus on the blessings.. there are so many. After 25 years we were reunited, I got to visit him on several occasions, look him in the eye and forgive him and I got to say goodbye (just to name a few).
God bless you, Daddy. I hope Uncle Mel and all your loved ones were there to greet you (and you can dance and sing once again). I will miss you always..

Melissa - As one who lost her Daddy not all that long ago (and it really rocked my world)I am glad that although it still made you quite sad, you seem to have your usual peace regarding his passing, like you do about so many other things in your life. Oh how I want to be like you when I 'grow up'!

I am truly sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. I have been sorta 'preoccupied' in my own sorrow, but I want you to know that I am thinking about you at this hard time. I guess we can both 'be happy' that they are no longer in pain. It is still hard, but we will get thru!

My deepest condolences...
I'm so glad to know you have been surrounded by loved ones during this sad time. I'm so glad you were able to make peace with your dad. Healing old wounds allows us to get on with the life God intended for us. You are such an encourager and sweet woman. Keeping you close in prayer. I pray that God brings many happy moments for you in 2010.
