Perfect Moment Monday ~ Sunday Edition

I am posting this now because I just don't trust Blogger as some of my "scheduled posts" have failed me in the past.

Holy cow, this is the first time I am doing a PMM without a picture. So, close your eyes and listen.. oh wait.. that won't work..

Dang it.

My PM was the very moment I laid eyes on JuneBug's family as they walked up the drive today. I just had a sense of passing the baton and complete peace about it. JB was excited because we were excited but the love they poured over her was so genuine I wish you all could've been there. Her being with them is meant to be beyond words. She warmed up nicely and yes, there will be bumps because we won't have a full transition.. but she will have her happily ever after. As they say in the Hokey Pokey, "That's what it's all about!" (clap clap). Sorry, I couldn't help myself..

We spent the better part of the day with them and we feel without any hesitation they are phenomenal .

Thank you thank you for all your words of encouragement--once again, you all have lifted us up and we feel and appreciate all the prayers and good vibes. Please keep JuneBug in your prayers tomorrow as she will be in surgery. I will keep you all posted.

Another reminder that God's Plan finally revealed is always way better than you could ever imagine.

And Perfect.

I Capture
Perfect Moments.

Bless your heart, Melissa....I know you're still hurting but it does help to see how wonderful they are. I had the exact situation when we lost a little one to NREFM....they were a wonderful family. In fact, we still keep in touch......but it still hurts.... Bless your sweet, tender heart....

I'm so glad that you have been given a sense of peace about JB's family. I can't imagine how hard this whole process is, but I am so impressed at gracefully you are handling it.

Sending many prayers...

Hi Mellissa,

It's Monday evening and I'm just checking in to see how June Bug's surgery went. I'm sure you had more time with the bio-family and I hope it was a time that gave you more peace about the tough transition to come. God bless you, friend. I'm praying for you and thinking of you tonight...
