I'm confused. Is this like an open house for adoption?
Kind of. This is a way for families waiting to adopt (or even people considering adoption) can see for themselves the faces of waiting children. If you are properly certified you can inquire.
We are actually under contract with the county and have signed away our rights to adopt from any other entity until our certification expires (in a year).
